Wir pr\u00e4sentieren die j\u00fcngste Installation von industriellen Verdunstungsk\u00fchlern f\u00fcr ein Unternehmen, das in der Herstellung von Kunststoffteilen t\u00e4tig ist.<\/span><\/p>\n

Im Produktionsbereich gab es gravierende Hitzeprobleme durch die Raumtemperatur in der warmen Jahreszeit und die W\u00e4rmequellen, die von der Maschinerie selbst stammten. Diese Umweltbedingungen verursachten Erm\u00fcdung bei den ArbeitnehmerInnen und wirkten sich negativ auf die Produktion aus. Es musste eine effiziente L\u00f6sung mit niedrigen Betriebskosten gefunden werden.<\/span><\/p>\n

MET MANNs L\u00f6sung umfasste die Lieferung und den Einbau von 3 Einheiten unserer axialen ECO COOLER-Verdunstungsger\u00e4te mit einer Leistung von 30,000 m3 \/ h.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Ger\u00e4te wurden unter Verwendung eines St\u00fctzbetts extern installiert, mit geradem Kanal zum Einf\u00fchren der Luft in die R\u00e4umlichkeiten und einem in 3 Richtungen laufenden Luftverteiler, um die maximale Oberfl\u00e4che abzudecken.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die elektrische Gesamtleistung, die von den drei Ger\u00e4ten verbraucht wird, betr\u00e4gt lediglich 9 kW. Dies entspricht einer Einsparung von bis zu 80 % im Vergleich zu anderen Klimatisierungssystemen, die andererseits den Betrieb mit geschlossenen T\u00fcren und Fenstern erfordern. Unser System erfordert dies nicht, da sein Betrieb auf Basis des Austausches der Innenraumluft erfolgt, und es dadurch frische, nat\u00fcrliche Luft zuf\u00fchrt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Das Endergebnis war ein Erfolg, und die Installation weiterer Ger\u00e4te in anderen Produktionsbereichen und die benachbarten Unternehmen, die an unseren industriellen Verdunstungsk\u00fchlern interessierten, ist bereits in Planung.<\/span><\/p>\n
