DRYING PROCESS OF FOREST BIOMASS 150 ° C

Hot air generator for a forest biomass dryer where hot air is required at 150ºC
The installation of the dryer did not allow air circulation which complicated achieve the goal set by the client.
Our engineering department, finally chosen to make the design of equipment with dual heat exchanger made of heat-resistant materials and the combustion chamber in stainless steel AISI-310 resistant refractory to 1,100 ° C.
The computer fan group provides an air flow of 3300 m3 / h and a pressure of 350 Pa available with total power consumption of 790W.
Our condition manufacturers with more than 50 years of experience has enabled us to undertake this project with complete solvency and securing benefits and delivery time requested by our client.
