MET MANN has the factory and central offices in Manlleu, 70Kms to north from Barcelona, and He has 6.000m2 of facilities, where He is doing his activity.
Production plant
MET MANN has a Production department with the best professionals on the sector. This department supervises all the manufacturing processes for all the METMANN HVAC systems and guarantees a more functional design and a continued improvement on the devices.
Punching Machine section
Punching Machine section: Section in charge of the punching of the metallic pieces in carbon Steel, stainless Steel and aluminium; with automatic unloading system.
Bending Machine section
Bending Machine section: Section in charge of the pieces bending.This is a robot that´s doing the automatic bending of the pieces and their intelligent unloading. There are manual bending machines, rolling tubes, and welding machines by points and by fusion.
Welding section
Welding section: Section in charge of the welding of chassis, combustion chambers... After every work, it is realized a checking to ensure the correct welding of every element.
Finishing section
Finishing section: This is the section in charge of the final units assembling, doing all the quality controls defined by MET MANN.

Product shipping: All the products are identified and placed to make the quickest possible the logistic and the shipment..
Technical Office
Technical Office: The R&D&i department has at his disposal a softwares of last generation for the technical drawing, softwares for the calculation and simulation, all in the way to help to the development of new products and the application of continued improvements. In our tests laboratorywe are making the most exacting tests to give validity to the new developed products.
