Climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o de nave industrial dedicada ao fabrico de pe\u00e7as pl\u00e1sticas em Guip\u00fazcoa (Pa\u00eds Basco)<\/span><\/p>\n

Apresentamos a recente instala\u00e7\u00e3o de unidades de climatizadores evaporativos industriais numa empresa dedicada ao fabrico de pe\u00e7as pl\u00e1sticas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Na \u00e1rea de produ\u00e7\u00e3o havia problemas graves de calor na temperatura ambiente, durante as esta\u00e7\u00f5es quentes, adicionando-se ao calor provocado pela pr\u00f3pria maquinaria. Nestas condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais, a fadiga dos trabalhadores era importante e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o era prejudicada, pelo que tinha de se encontrar uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente e com baixos custos de funcionamento.<\/span><\/p>\n

A solu\u00e7\u00e3o dada pela MET MANN foi o fornecimento e instala\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00eas unidades dos nossos arrefecedores evaporativos ECO COOLER de 30 000 m3<\/sup>\/h.<\/span><\/p>\n

Os equipamentos foram instalados exteriormente com bancada de apoio, conduta reta para a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do ar no interior das instala\u00e7\u00f5es e um difusor de ar de tr\u00eas dire\u00e7\u00f5es, para cobrir a superf\u00edcie m\u00e1xima.<\/span><\/p>\n

A pot\u00eancia total elétrica consumida pelos tr\u00eas equipamentos é de apenas 9 kW, o que representa uma economia de até 80% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com outros sistemas de climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o que, além disso, exigem a opera\u00e7\u00e3o com portas e janelas fechadas, enquanto o nosso sistema n\u00e3o requer essas condi\u00e7\u00f5es, uma vez que o seu funcionamento se baseia na renova\u00e7\u00e3o do ar do local, fornecendo ar fresco natural.<\/span><\/p>\n

O resultado final foi um sucesso e j\u00e1 se projeta a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de mais equipamentos noutras \u00e1reas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, havendo empresas vizinhas interessadas nos nossos arrefecedores evaporativos industriais.<\/span> <\/p>\n
