A MET MANN concebeu e desenvolveu um gerador de ar quente de 150 \u00b0C e uma pot\u00eancia de 150 kW para um secador de biomassa florestal (aparas de madeira, serraduras, etc).<\/span><\/p>\n

PROCESSO DE SECAGEM DE BIOMASSA FLORESTAL A 150 \u00b0C<\/span><\/p>\n

A instala\u00e7\u00e3o do secador n\u00e3o permitia a recircula\u00e7\u00e3o do ar, o que complicava que se atingisse o objetivo fixado pelo cliente.<\/span><\/p>\n

O nosso departamento de engenharia optou, por fim, por realizar o projeto do equipamento com um duplo permutador de calor fabricado em materiais resistentes ao calor e uma c\u00e2mara de combust\u00e3o em a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel refrat\u00e1rio AISI-310 resistente até 1100 \u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n

O grupo ventilador do equipamento fornece um caudal de ar de 3300 m3<\/sup>\/h e uma press\u00e3o dispon\u00edvel de 350 Pa, com um consumo elétrico total de 790W.<\/span><\/p>\n
